We currently have opportunities available in the following areas:

Case Manager

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 1 year experience working with the MR/DD population OR
  • Some college and 3 years experience working with the MR/DD population

Responsibilities:

  • developing and maintaining service plans and progress notes
  • maintaining regular contacts with Residential staff, families, or other medical professionals regarding client issues
  • excellent communication and time management skills
  • job flexibility
