Community Habilitation
Comm-hab is a service for individuals that is provide either in their home or in the community. Comm-hab assists consumers in becoming more independent in areas of daily living skills. Staff may work with consumers on cooking skills, laundry skills, shopping, money management, use of community recreational services, etc. Each consumer receives an individualized plan that reflects their personal goals and provides steps to acheive them.
